CAESAR

CAESAR is the library the old DAS software uses to communicate with devices like SDConnect Toolkit. Its main DLL is c32s.dll.

Setting some of these fields will make the logfile report "Developer mode" in the logfile, by sub_10038A90.

API	Description
CaesarSetDebugOutput(callback func(const char*, ...) int)	Sets callback function on address 102754D8 for log lines.
CaesarSetDebugLevel(level ushort)	Sets debug level on 10312A90. level can be either 0, 1, 2, 3, or 4. This level overwrites the loglevel from caesar_cf.inf Calls CaesarSetDFlowMask with the following options: 0 - 0x0 1 - 0x10000000 2 - 0x30000000 3 - 0x70000000 4 - 0xFFFFFFFF
