CAESAR is the library the old DAS software uses to communicate with devices like SDConnect Toolkit. Its main DLL is c32s.dll.
Log configuration

Setting some of these fields will make the logfile report "Developer mode" in the logfile, by sub_10038A90.

level can be either 0, 1, 2, 3, or 4. This level overwrites the loglevel from caesar_cf.inf Calls CaesarSetDFlowMask with the following options: 0 - 0x0 1 - 0x10000000 2 - 0x30000000 3 - 0x70000000 4 - 0xFFFFFFFF |
